I seem to have a heightened sensory alert when it comes to wedding treasures (or at least I like to think so). Last week, I turned on the TV (the TV is never on during the day), Oprah and her happy self was gushing about a floral designer called  Jeff Leatham. For a long time I have gushed over Preston Baily’sability to create lavish, gorgeous and completely jaw droppingly beautiful floral work and stylish events.  Up until last week, I never thought Preston’s work could be rivaled.  Well, I was wrong!
